- We offer a comprehensive one-year remote internship program.
- While receiving guidance from our experienced team, interns are expected to engage in self-directed learning and successfully complete assigned tasks.
- A reliable computer and internet connection are essential for efficient remote work. Company’s primary communication platform is Google Meet, and interns are required to be consistently available in a conducive and distraction-free environment during our standard working hours (9-6, weekdays).
- Upon reaching Milestone 2, ArchLabs interns receive a monthly compensation of Rs.15,000. It is important to note that this milestone signifies the intern's readiness to undertake a live project. (Candidates who are solely motivated by salary are advised to consider alternative opportunities, as this program demands significant dedication and effort.)
- Company’s primary objective is to develop exceptional engineers and project managers who meet the expectations of our partner firms overseas. To achieve this, interns are expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
- Interns should be prepared to continuously enhance their skills in alignment with our expectations. In the event of persistent performance issues, company reserves the right to request the intern to discontinue their participation in the training program.
